Our design team began to rethink the institutional look of Museum emails in early March. When the Museum initially migrated their email templates from Mailchimp to Salesforce the original designs did not translate to the new platform.
We have spent the last month working with internal departments and external developers to create a modular design template in Figma that will be coded into Salesforce Marketing Cloud to be more intuitive to use and implement. This process has involved research, extensive collaboration with the Museum’s digital team, and ongoing conversations with our stakeholders to determine what solution would best suit their needs and respective audience.
